What is Wealth Building?

Many people define wealth building in many different ways. How you define wealth building can have a big impact on your net worth and how you live your life. A few simple distinctions on wealth building can dramatically change your life. For many people just the very thought about wealth building can seem overwhelming and unattainable.

For the average person when they think of wealth building, they focus only on controlling their spending and coming up with a budget. For these people they will never become truly wealthy in their lifetime. If you do have a budget though, you should be congratulated. You are further ahead than 90% of other Americans. But if you truly want to get ahead, you need to do more.

Another way some people go about wealth building is by trying to pay themselves first. The recommended amount is at least 10% of you gross income. Again, most people become overwhelmed by this seemingly high figure of 10%, not knowing that it is okay to start small.

If you aren’t paying yourself first, try to start out by paying yourself at least 3% of your gross income, and then gradually try to work your way up to 10%. Each time you get a raise or a bonus, add that to your savings as well.

Paying yourself first is just another term for saving money. But in order to become truly wealthy you need to increase your income, not just try and save an extra couple of dollars out of your paycheck. So how do we go about trying to increase our income?

Well, there are many ways to increase your income. The easiest way is to simply get a part time job and work more. While working more for someone else will increase your income you need to think bigger and also if you are a typical American you are already working over 50 hours a week.

What you need to do is start working for yourself. You can do this by either starting a business, buying a business, or buying a franchise. No matter how you do it, try to build a system so that once the business is up and running you can be free to do other things.

No matter how you define wealth building it is important to start right now. Time is one of the greatest factors when it comes to wealth building, so use it to your advantage.

Covenant Fadama Cooperative-We Need to Pray

Covenant Fadama Multipurpose Cooperative Society has really done more harm than good in recent time. Around this time last year one wouldn't have imagined that Covenant Fadama Cooperative Society could be this insensitive to the plight of its members.

Now, the latest about covenant fadama as at Friday 7th December, 2012 is that I was in there office at NICON INSURANCE BUILDING JOS. Unfortunately, there was no body in the office to attend to me, all attempt to call their management representative on phone proved abortive because the lines where not going through.

Although rumor had it that covenant fadama will pay us off this December, I wish it will happen, but from the look of things, we just have to pray very hard for things to really happen the way we want it. If there are pastors and imams among the investors, I think, this is the time all members should come together as one and cry unto their creator for intervention.

Even if covenant fadama is going to pay its members off, they will not do it willingly, hence, the need for us to come together as one, pray to the Almighty to force covenant fadama to pay its members. One wonders, with the Christmas festivities setting in, how could covenant fadama be so insensitive to the plight of its members despite all they have made them go through in recent time.

My sincere concern goes to every one who is going through any form of trauma as a result of covenant fadama cooperative society's misbehavior, one thing we should all be assured of is that whether covenant fadama likes it or not, investors money must be paid.

I know Bishop Katung and other board members of covenant fadama are following this blog, hence, I want to leave you with a message: " What would Jesus have done in a situation as these?" people are dying every day, and I mean lots of people. And to make matter worse, so many rural dwellers sold off their farm lands, properties, some even borrowed money just to invest. But unfortunately, the story is not a palatable one today.

I urge you all to pray hard, and I know the God of mercy will listen to our plight and force Bishop Katung and his board members to cough out our money. May the God of Mercy Touch Covenant Fadama Multipurpose Cooperative Society!

Covenant Fadama Multipurpose Cooperative Society-Update

Covenant Multipurpose Cooperative Society Started well about six years ago and they have been paying their monthly bonuses to members ever since. But things took a dramatic turn with covenant fadama multipurpose cooperative society some time this year February 2012.

A lot of members have not been paid their bonuses for months now since February 2012. and Unfortunately, covenant fadama has not come out to say any thing about the issue on ground. At some point, they were claiming that all was well, but after several promises and fail, they eventually went on air to as the investors that the business was undergoing some transformational stages.

But up till now, nothing meaningful has been heard about covenant fadama and they have not really come out to tell us what to expect next.

The last time covenant fadama multipurpose cooperative society was on air, they made members understand that the runing of the business has been consulted to a private firm Nimret Global Resource. Although, Nimret Global Resource promised to start paying members immediately after the verification exercise, but till now, nothing has been heard about them.

But the latest news coming around is that Covenant fadama will pay its members between now and December 2012. I cannot guarantee the authenticity of this news, because on several occasions,   Fadam has promised its members only to fail in the long run.

What I can only say for now is that there is a committee on ground made up of members that are really doing all the fight on behalf of members. Lets keep praying for them. I know their effort is already bearing fruits.

One thing is certain, covenant Fadama Multipurpose Cooperative Society will definitely pay every member its money, whether they like it or not, they will be forced to pay.

Feel very free to drop your comments here, I am sure it will get to them, lets use this blog to fight Covenant Fadama Multipurpose Cooperative Society Nigeria!

Keep your hope alive!
