Covenant Fadama Cooperative-We Need to Pray

Covenant Fadama Multipurpose Cooperative Society has really done more harm than good in recent time. Around this time last year one wouldn't have imagined that Covenant Fadama Cooperative Society could be this insensitive to the plight of its members.

Now, the latest about covenant fadama as at Friday 7th December, 2012 is that I was in there office at NICON INSURANCE BUILDING JOS. Unfortunately, there was no body in the office to attend to me, all attempt to call their management representative on phone proved abortive because the lines where not going through.

Although rumor had it that covenant fadama will pay us off this December, I wish it will happen, but from the look of things, we just have to pray very hard for things to really happen the way we want it. If there are pastors and imams among the investors, I think, this is the time all members should come together as one and cry unto their creator for intervention.

Even if covenant fadama is going to pay its members off, they will not do it willingly, hence, the need for us to come together as one, pray to the Almighty to force covenant fadama to pay its members. One wonders, with the Christmas festivities setting in, how could covenant fadama be so insensitive to the plight of its members despite all they have made them go through in recent time.

My sincere concern goes to every one who is going through any form of trauma as a result of covenant fadama cooperative society's misbehavior, one thing we should all be assured of is that whether covenant fadama likes it or not, investors money must be paid.

I know Bishop Katung and other board members of covenant fadama are following this blog, hence, I want to leave you with a message: " What would Jesus have done in a situation as these?" people are dying every day, and I mean lots of people. And to make matter worse, so many rural dwellers sold off their farm lands, properties, some even borrowed money just to invest. But unfortunately, the story is not a palatable one today.

I urge you all to pray hard, and I know the God of mercy will listen to our plight and force Bishop Katung and his board members to cough out our money. May the God of Mercy Touch Covenant Fadama Multipurpose Cooperative Society!

The latest is that we are hopeful that fadama will pay us soonest. The last I heard was that, they are working towards January to April. Lets keep praying.

Pls in order to safe pastors & Christian name kip in touch wit ur customers so that they can know their stand whether is on rock or sinking-sand

But I wonder why the pastors are not honorable enough to come out and tell us the situation. Besides, lots of people joined the covenant fadama because pastors and credible men where involved.

Is convenant fadama registered with the CBN or any other legally recognized body in Nigeria? What is the role of NDIC in this? Are they aware of this issue and can they intervene? I will advice fadama officials not to hide but come out and tell members periodically on their effort to pay back monies owed depositors

Covenant fadama from the details we got earlier, is duly registered with the appropriate financial bodies. Perhaps, if we all team as an organized group and report our plights to the appropriate bodies, something positive might happen.

What is really wrong pls! Some of us purposely invested in this cooperatve society because, the men of God are involved.is it a curse! That the MEN of God will just shot their eyes against the suffering of so many people and run away with our HARD earned money, without even saying anything! God is not a man. But on this case,God must come down from heaven to handle it.

I wish to stress here that for the sake of credence and credibility, let everyone who wishes to make a comment, observation, or inquiry here include their names. This is very important considering the fact that this blog was created for informational purposes, as such, the hundreds of thousands of people following this blog will lay credence to the information they are getting here. This Anonymous thing should stop, rather, lets include our names so that people will know where the information is coming from in order to trust the source.

Meanwhile, a meeting was held on 28/01/2013 on the way forward, and I can assure everyone here that very soon, our money will be paid to us. We are very close to it. Lets not relent in our prayers. God is really at work.

I really appreciate the effort you are making,God bless you, however you seem not to give any real details of the progress being made, it gives a sense that we are just being pacified with minimal information. This is the same issue we encountered when the problem with Fadama surfaced. In spite of the present situation we would continue to pray and I believe God is working out things to our favor. We would all smile.......

I heard from a reliable source that another office is opened in Lagos at Number 5o/52 Toyin street off Opebi lagos runs by one of the covenant fadama's Directors called Mr.Dayo Okewole.

stephen on February 11, 2013 at 9:09 PM said...

Please, let everyone in Lagos area verify this claim and keep us posted immediately. Once it is verified, we can quickly swing into action and find out more about the claim. Please, Shina, do everything you can to follow up on this, it is very important. That office could be illegal, so lets stop it before people start falling victims. Besides, he could be running the office with our money. Please don't relent.
God Bless you Shina.

Things are getting better. I heard from a very reliable source that the cooperative is looking for N200M to handle over the cooperative to a consultant who will take over the management of the cooperative. At this we must be very careful to take a silly step. As a matter of fact, silly step of bursting any office anywhere is not the issue. It is immature and will only confuse the issue more. Anyone who is very angry can get a lawyer, i guess that will be useful than taking law into our hands by parading one office to the other. Remember we are many in this, don't let few of us here take a decision that will affect others by disrupting them to work. From all that I have had, they are working. It's just the issue is complicated as the fund is not in fadama's care anymore. O. Oyelola, invested in Lagos branch.

Forget Nathaniel, it is whatever he hears from them that he tells members. He's a Lagos branch staff. Maybe yu should call wuyep. But they are actually working to rescue the situation.

Mr. Buba, Bauchi said...

The main problem here is that covfadama kept silent and treat us like slaves. they started by lying and now they avoid us. we should stop trusting them and start doing something to force them pay us our money.

Anonymous said...

My name is Oyelola, a Lagos branch member.

I heard that very soon we shall be called upon to re-register our membership online. I leant we need to get a scratch card from the designated first bank branches to partake in the exercise. So get set, and let us pray harder for them to be able to resolve this issue. I as well heard that very soon there will be hotlines to call and facebook and blogspots. May God see us through this in Jesus name.

stephen on February 27, 2013 at 2:38 AM said...

The Lord will do it even beyond our expectations, it will not be them doing it, but the Lord forcing them to act. Lets keep praying and trusting God. Please, keep us updated always.

God's will be be done eventually. The aim of Covenant Fadama is to eradicate poverty. That is why investors put in their 'sweat'. It will not go down the drain. All these 'sweats' will surely come back to all of us soon in Jesus' name. I have no doubt about that. My fund will be paid soon.

Everyone is entitled to his opinion!!! When I created this blog, I had one thing in mind, "Use it to fight Covenant Fadama and to give hope to members" I will not and cannot compromise on that. I have a conscience that has been sealed by the Almighty and not even the criminal Jonas Katung and others can buy me over. For me, justice is when all members get their money paid!!!!.

That is my fight and I know God will bring it to pass,,,.

So, blog or no blog, I am only using the weapon I have to fight them, I know with the internet, I can reach people all over the world and I know sooner than letter, the whole world to get to know about the fake ministry of Jonas Katung.

This blog is not credible Steve is clearly a sponsor from covfadama just look at what he is doing on the blog When some one named Abdul post that members in Abuja shuld met at Zuba on monday for a peaceful protest with plycard to AIT so that the country be aware of our problem. It was posted yestday here today he quickly removed it. What is the essence of creating the blog. Just to occupy us and keep us in suspence while covfadama keep providing false promises. Who is fooling who?. I doubt if this might be published becos the most vital suggestions are not published by Steve. One can no longer see post from serious members like Babalade again. I suppose Stephen is not allowing such publications out.

Its unfortunate that you still don't understand how I operate. I have never mention here that I will be in Abuja for the protest.

I work as a marketer and a blogger, as such my job takes me across the country.

That was why I had to encourage the guys in Abuja to put in their best.

I wonder why you still have to come up with such allegation.

Well, am not surprised at what you have said, I wished you had your name on the post.

Besides, I will not be surprised if all those people who post as anonymous are from Covenant fadama, otherwise, why is it so difficult to mention your names?

Abi, are you afraid of being traced? if that is the case then, I should be appreciated for being this open.

I still maintain my stance, whether Bishop Jonas Katung likes it or not, this money must come out!

Lets all be thankful to the Almighty for making it possible. Surprised? please don't be because my Bible tells me that God will judge the wicked and will comfort those who have been oppressed.

Don't give up, there is always light at the end of the tunnel!

Mr Stephen Abutu. The choices we make in life determines how far we go. Psalm 105:15 Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm. Are you sure you want to break this scripture?

stephen on May 10, 2013 at 6:13 AM said...

Who is Stephen Abutu? I am not Stephen Abutu and I will never be.

Little wonders, why are you guys trying to unravel my identity? Does it really matter? you have not seen anything yet!

By the Grace of the Almighty, God will expose you all. Those who stole people's money to start up their own businesses and their likes!

How can a so called man of God be on the throne and still allow people's money be stolen.

If he is not part of the thieves, why hasn't he come out to expose or tell the whole world what transpired!

So you know the scriputures? HYPOCRITE!!!! Who is the Anointed? is it someone who cannot account for peoples money? is it someone who allowed thieves to cart away peoples money without stopping them?

I wonder what you guys preach in your churches. I even learn pastor Adeboye of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (My Church)will be visiting his church. I wish I had my way, I would stop him!

I have taken it upon myself as an oracle of the Almighty, I will torment Bishop Jonas Katung and the others, until our money is paid to us. Heaven has heard us. The God I serve is the God of Justice!!!!

There is never a place in the Bible where men of God are advised to steal or hold unto peoples money without any just cause!

If there is, please enlighten me.

Jonas Katung, where did you keep peoples money, Jonas Katung, what happened to peoples money that was committed into your hands. Jonas Katung, what is the state of the people whom God inspired you take deliver out of poverty?

Justice must prevail!!!!!

Tell Jonas Katung that God is on this case!!!

Anonymous said...

You must be a bastard to call Jona Katung God's anointed. He has no conscience. Tell him that I will personally hit him hard. I'm a soldier and nobody eats my sweat and go scot free. If he likes, he can send his children abroad but they can never be far away from me. I don't even want u guys to take me serious. A word is enough for the wise.

Anonymous said...

God is surely in this case Stephen. Like I said earlier, The choices we make determine how far we go in life. You choose to insult a man of God. Fine.

Let me ask you a question, Do u know the 1st chairman who is late by the way (may his gentle soul rest in peace) was the first to make the largest investment in the cooperative? No one feels that kind of position without a substantial investment. But I'm sure you know some of this basic facts after all, you teach people how to make wealth don't you Stephen?

The main question here is what happens after everything, you discover that you were wrong? You discover that you were actually insulting and committing blasphemy...

Like i said, the choices we make determines how far we go in life.

As for everyone that has been affected by the cov fadama, I know I have, should pray for results because it is coming, believe me it is and when it does, this blog will be a thing of the past.

Don't loose faith. Nobody's money is stolen In Jesus Name, Amen. Shalom.

stephen on May 13, 2013 at 6:18 AM said...

Why all this attach on Stephen?

I am only doing the work my master, let Jonas Katung prove that he is a worthy man of God by paying us our money.

The only language we all understand now is when shall we get our money. I hate it when people use the name Jesus to deceive others.

Please, be honest and sincere to yourself, where is it mentioned in the bible that Jesus Christ whom Jonas Katung profess about ever inflicted pain on his followers?

Tell me.....

Let Jonas Katung shock the whole world and come out to tell us the truth, where is our money and when are we going to be paid?

Prove to everyone that you are a man of God!!!!

Whether this blog lives after covenant fadama or not is not your concern. Its primary purpose is to tell Jonas Katung the truth which he seems to have forgotten about.

If not, how can you be living in affluent while the people whose money has taken you this far are languishing in abject poverty and yet, you are not concerned about it...
What would Jesus have done in a situation like this?

Fellow members of covenant fadama, do not relent in your prayers, God is really tormenting this people, very soon, they will swallow their pride and do the needful!!!

Watch out!!!

I love you all.

Transnational fund is a fund management agency where Covenant Fadama I presumed invested our money. They are based in abroad. They had some problems sometime last year.
I am not sure what their status is at the moment.

Some covenant fadama members on their own also invested with them, I guess, that is why they are asking such people to send their details for resolution.

If their claim is true, than I guess, they are should be about now resolving with Covenant fadama as well.

Lets keep our fingers crossed.

Please let me know if you still have any questions.

Anonymous said...

Actually, I invested in fadama. Since fadama invested our money there, should I send my details to them? And what makes them think that people would want to part with such amount of money in the name of admin fee, bank charges, debit card and so on. I'm just confused. Answers please.

Thanks.

Transnational fund is an internation fund management agency where individuals, organizations and Government could invest their funds and get a monthly return of 10%.

Covenant fadama invested our funds with them, that is where they have been making all the bonuses paid to us.

Unfortunately, transnational fund had a problem, I guess that equally affected fadama (even though they have not confirmed that)

So now, transnational fund is claiming that they are working towards coming back to business, hence all individuals who invested with them will have their pending payment issues resolved. I believe that is why they left a comment here.

If there is any individual here who invested with them on his or her own, let such a fellow send them details at resolution@transnationalfund.com

Read through their comments somewhere above to get further clarification.

For those of us who invested with fadama directly, we may not have to write them, because I believe fadama would be doing all the resolutions on our behalf.

Transnational fund agency is where fadama has been investing our money and receiving monthly return.

Anyone here can write to them for curiosity sake at:
resolution@transnationalfund.com

Comments like this from notable international organizations shows that the entire world is reading and following our comments. They are in solidarity with us. I get lots of emails every day from notable men of God who assure us of their prayers.

Never ever give up! Remain positive and that which we demand of JONAS KATUNG WILL BE GIVEN TO US BY THE WILL OF THE ALMIGHTY!

Let me know if you still have question.

Thank you.

Anonymous said...

My question is,are they going to pay us with the bonuses accruing to the money we invest?thank you and God bless you.

Let me caution that we must be careful not to transact with the said agency without prove of their appointment by Covenant Fadama which we invested in. They could turn out to deny any authorization to deal on their behalf. Please clear from Covenant Fadama before reacting. Personally, i have briefed my Lawyers & handed over to them my prove of participation (Receipts, lodgement tellers, bank statements)for their advice and next line of action.

Usman has really being doing well by feeding us with the latest development. I still wonder why those in Jos have not summoned the courage to tell us anything here..

Abi Jonas Katung don bribe una?

Please let us be more open in sharing whatever information we have concerning our money. After all, this is the only source of reliable information about Jonas Katung, Covenant Fadama and our money!

Let us do well to keep each other informed...

Do you know Jonas Katung almost absconded? wait until I give you the full gist...

God is totally in control. Let us not relent in our prayers!!!!

Testimonies shall abound after this ordeal... quote me any day...

I urge you all to remain steadfast in prayers and supplications. Victory is very close.

"Be calm and be still and know that I am God"

"I know he is faithful to keep that which has been committed into his hands until that day"

I have no iota of doubt that this money will not be paid back to us.. we serve a God of Justice and one thing I know for sure is that every man who has connived to defraud innocent people of their hard earned money will definitely pay for it!!

This is the certainty from God's word and you know it will not return to him void until it has accomplished its purpose..

Keep praying and trusting God... Victory is sure!!

It shall be well!!!!

Those that have the wit should do so in God's Name!!! I am doing my bit by publishing everything about this act of inhumanity to man on the internet.

Let someone somewhere do something please!!
